    Waking up to the fine lagoon view was pure bliss. The staff here were really good, always eager to help and.

    The location was a bit isolated, requiring taxis for dinner outings. The pool area was nice but a touch noisy from the nearby road.

    The hotel sits right by the lagoon with a fine view. The bar and restaurant staff shine with kindness and deliver tasty meals at a great price. My room, a King Suite with Ocean View, had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding that really helped with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was way too low, and the temperature was barely warm. Despite the reception's claim that a technician could help, nothing changed, disappointing for a five-star hotel. There was some noise from the staff early in the morning that disturbed my sleep, especially since the walls are concrete and amplified any sound. On the bright side, the hotel's small size brings a cozy vibe, and if you have a car, exploring Bacalar is pretty easy. The location and staff at the restaurant were nice.

    The spacious King Suite with Ocean View had a fine balcony overlooking the lake. The staff was friendly, we had everything we needed. The food was good, especially the ceviche, among the best I've tasted.

    Shower pressure could be improved.

    It was just an ideal choice for a couple of nights in Bacalar with good value for price. The room we stayed in had a fantastic ocean view, made each morning special. Make sure to rent a bike to explore the nearby areas easier.

    The views from our room were amazing, especially at sunset. The staff was so helpful and friendly, always. The food was delicious too, with some of the best ceviche I've ever had.

    I recently spent 4 very nice nights at Amainah Bacalar. The amazing lake views from my room. The staff provided really good service, and the ceviche was among the best I've ever tasted. My only drawback was low shower pressure, but it didn't overshadow my stay!

    The Beautiful King Room was spotlessly clean, and the fine balcony offered a gorgeous view to enjoy. I loved relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi after a long day. The only downside was the noise from the kitchen, made it a bit hard to unwind, but it didn't ruin my stay 🌅

    Room had air conditioning, a huge bath with a lagoon view, and a comfy bed. Breakfast was served on our balcony, and it was delicious! Staff was super attentive, helping with kayaks and keeping our drinks filled. The outdoor area's lovely with private lagoon access. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

    The best and worst parts

    The fine view of the lagoon was amazing, and the friendly staff provided excellent service that left us feeling pampered. Breakfast on the balcony was a good experience.

    One evening meal took longer than expected, but the complimentary dessert was a nice touch.
